1. The service

Poses.ai turns your ideas into AI-generated video series: scripts, characters, storyboards and rendered episodes. You direct; the studio generates. Features, models and limits may evolve as we improve the service.

2. Your account & credits

Credits are the metering unit for generation. Plan credits refresh monthly and roll over for up to 90 days (capped at one monthly allotment); top-up packs never expire while your subscription is active. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Charges for boards and renders are shown before you commit, and one-time actions are billed only once.

3. Your content, your rights

You own the output. Every frame, episode, character and script generated in your projects is yours to publish, monetize and adapt anywhere. You are responsible for the ideas and reference material you provide — submit only content you have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the studio to recreate copyrighted characters or franchises, impersonate real people, or produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive content. Our generation pipeline enforces originality locks, and we may refuse or remove content that violates our Content Policy.

5. Availability & liability

Generation depends on third-party AI providers, so occasional failures happen — failed paid actions are refunded in credits automatically. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
